Submitting our contact form does not create a binding contract or guarantee of service. It is a request for a conversation. We will follow up to discuss your situation and determine whether our services are a good fit. Any formal agreement to provide services will be made separately in writing.
If you become a client, the specific terms of your engagement — including scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, and cancellation terms — will be documented in a separate service agreement. Those terms, combined with these Terms of Service, govern our relationship.
We operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice as specified in your service agreement.
Pricing is custom and agreed upon before any work begins. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. We do not begin work until payment terms are accepted. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Systems and workflows we build for your business are built for your use. Upon completion of your engagement and settlement of any outstanding payments, the deliverables we build for you are yours to keep and use.
Bid Route provides automation services in good faith, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as a certain number of leads closed, revenue generated, or response rates achieved. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how you run your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bid Route's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
The systems we build may involve third-party software and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third-party tools. Any issues with third-party platforms are subject to their own terms and support processes.
